| We are very excited to announce that this year the Mercatino di Natale 2025 (Italian Christmas Market) will take place on December 6th (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and December 7th (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
COST FOR VENDORS:
– MEMBERSHIP
All merchants must pay an annual Museo membership fee to the Museo of $75. To pay for or renew your membership, please visit: sfmuseo.org/join-give/membership/

– TABLES
In addition to the membership you will need to purchase a table (6’x30”) through us. There are two types of tables available based on their position in the Museo galleries (you can see the position on the map)
$200 – First gallery
$175 – Second gallery
Sign-ups will officially open on this page on Friday, October 3rd, 2025, at 9:00 AM PST according to the good old principle of first-come first-served.
TERMS: This year we have introduced new terms for participation. At checkout, you will be required to acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Mercatino di Natale 2025 vendor terms, which apply to your participation in the event.

If you are a food or beverage vendor, please contact our food safety manager Susan Filippo at in**@*****eo.org or 415.673.2200, as special rules apply to these items.

Vendors are NOT allowed to bring extra tables (including small ones) or any additions to the tables provided. If you need additional space, you may purchase two tables

To ensure enough room for visitors to walk, vendors may bring small racks, but they must be self-supporting and must be placed so that people can easily move around the table and avoid bottlenecks. Please do not lean anything against the walls, as artwork will be displayed

If both payments are not completed by November 12th, 2025, your table will be released and made available for resale
