Dr. Vincent Fausone, Jr. was raised on a farm in the San Joaquin Valley. At age l6 he entered a national essay contest sponsored by the Propeller Club and won first prize: a six-week cruise of Asia.
Vince graduated from UC Berkeley and received his M.D. degree from UC San Francisco. He practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology for 36 years at Kaiser Hospital in South San Francisco before retiring.
Vince is a collector of Chinese Snuff Bottles and was President of the International Snuff Bottles
Society for 6 years. He is also a collector of works by Italian and Italian American artists and a dedicated member of the Museo Italo Americano. He served as President of the Board for several years.
