A linguistic and cultural journey to discover the culinary traditions of Italy’s regions. The course is aimed at intermediate-level students interested in exploring the linguistic and cultural aspects of Italy’s regional culinary traditions through the reading and analysis of traditional recipes and in-depth texts. The course will cover aspects of history, culture, vocabulary, and grammar.
The students will be using the book Buono buonissimo! by Pierangela Diadori, Stefania Semplici, Eleonora Spinosa.
