Patrizia’s story begins in her father’s gelateria in Orvieto, Italy.

As a child, she watched and listened — learning that gelato isn’t just a recipe, but a rhythm of care.

Her father taught her that nature gives us everything we need — if we respect it.

And she did.

Today, across the ocean, she still follows his quiet wisdom.

She makes gelato the way he taught her: seasonal, simple, and full of soul.
