Longtime owner Luciano Repetto, who introduced Graffeo’s precise, scientific roasting method, has partnered with Walter A. Haas III, a sixth-generation San Franciscan and former Levi’s executive. Their goal is to grow Graffeo’s presence in top restaurants and gourmet grocers while keeping its artisanal, small-batch traditions intact. Plans include making the Columbus Avenue roastery a destination experience, ensuring this North Beach classic thrives for decades to come.
