This enriching lecture, part of our Regional Sunday series, is presented by Audrey Fielding, Educator, Writer, and Italian Enthusiast, along with Davide Corriero, Deputy Consul General of Italy and a proud Puglia native.

Bios:
Davide Corriero is an Italian Diplomat. He is Deputy Consul General of Italy in San Francisco since September 2023.
Born in Bari (Apulia, Italy), he graduated in Law at the Bocconi University of Milan. During university, he spent a semester at the Case Western Reserve University of Cleveland, Ohio, and interned at the Italian Permanent Mission at the UN in Geneva.
He then worked for almost 4 years as a licensed Lawyer for an international business law firm of Milan and as a teaching assistant in EU and International Law at Bocconi and Cattolica Universities, and furthered his studies in International Relations.
After leaving the law firm, he obtained a Master in Diplomacy at ISPI of Milan and, at the beginning of 2021, he passed the public selection to become an Italian Diplomat.
Fluent in English and French, he speaks also Spanish. He is married and has a 5-month old son.

Audrey Fielding is the editor of SALENTO BY 5. She has worked as a classroom teacher and literacy coach in San Francisco and the Bay Area, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Peru and Namibia.  When not traveling, she is at home in San Francisco studying Italian, watching birds and writing.
