Ken Borelli, ACSW, MSW, is the former Deputy Director of Social Services in Santa Clara County. He
earned a Bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Tulane University, New Orleans. Ken is actively engaged in south bay area Italian American activities, previously serving as President of the Italian American Heritage Foundation, Santa Clara County.
Currently, Ken is the Vice President for events, Cultural Chair, and Co-Chair of the Italian Family
Festa, San Jose. Additionally, he’s a columnist, author, historian, and consultant in immigration and
child welfare. A long-time member of the Museo Italo Americano, Ken has deep roots in the Bay
Area’s Italian American community and has an abiding passion for the arts.
